THE CHEF // ABOUT ARTURO GRANATO
Chef Arturo began his culinary adventure in the Hotel Bauer's gourmet Restaurant "De Pisis", widely acknowledged as one of the two best restaurants in the Venice region, as well as the Michelin starred Restaurant Relais Vecchia Lugana in Brescia, Italy before moving to the double-Michelin starred Greenhouse in Mayfair, to work under the tutelage of the highly acclaimed Arnaud Bignon.
Since his arrival at Avista, Arturo has given the menu a contemporary twist and changes his dishes regularly to take advantage of the freshest seasonal produce.
Under the direction of Chef Arturo, Avista has been awarded 3 Rosettes by the prestigious AA Food Guide. This award recognises intense ambition, a passion for excellence, superb technical skills and an appreciation of culinary traditions combined with a desire for exploration and improvement.
